When did you submit your ticket?
Did you get an autoresponse with a case #?  If not, they may not have gotten it or their response to you could have been blocked.
Do you have a case #?

Can you post the system info from WindowBlinds?
Do you have Impulse and have you updated to the latest builds?

Everything Zubaz just said. If you have a ticket# I can look it up right away for you.

Ok Update for Zubaz and Seabass. Got it working. I reinstalled Vista, and started with a fresh install. Works like a charm now. I dont understand what the problem was before because yesterday was a fresh install as well. Whatever it was is fixed now. Thanks for the help, gonna post this on my ticket as well.

Gotta admit it is amazing and totally worth it.

I'm so very glad it is working for you. My apologies for any delay in support response. However if you like you can always do as you did before by starting a formal ticket as well as asking here. We don't mind so long as it works. Please enjoy the software and let me know if you have any troubles!

Why have all my Dreams (the ones you receive on installation + Deep Sea HD and Welcome to the Machine) disappear?
Downloaded Deep sea HD again, but still doesn't appear on the choose a deskscape window. Downloaded with FF3. Installed Fences beta today...could this be related? Installed Impulse and OD Ultimate yesterday.

I have installed, reinstalled, and reinstalled again. I have bought and downloaded 5 different 32 AND 64 bit codecs. I have followed every instruction and bit of advice anywhere on these forums. 20 hours invested, and this still does not work. The Window Manager service error is an error in itself, and the codec error is beyond me. I have manually changed codec preferences 6 times with no solution in sight. IS there a fix? Is there a known issue? Upcoming patch? I really want to use this software, but am feeling pushed to ask for a refund. I have heard that the previous revision does not have these problems....so why cant a paying customer have access to this file? Help!

I can't see a full Vista reinstall to try to get this to work. There MUST be a fix.

System:
Vista Home Basic x64
C2D E8400 @ 4.05ghz
Asus Maximus Extreme
4gb DDR3 1425
ATI HD4850
Raptors in RAID 0
Vista rating= 5.9 across the board
Thanks for any help!
